“ NGL, my expectations for pho in Ocean City were minimal at best, but HOLY COW! This was some of the best pho I've ever had (and we live in DC). Broth was rich and flavorful, full-bodied without too much salt. My one comment would be to add a little more meat, but otherwise, a solid option! ”
